Tell us what’s working. And what isn’t.

Handled gets better because people say what they actually think. Post it publicly, send it privately, or email the desk that fits. All three land with a human.

Public

The feedback wall

Share your experience where other people can read it. We review every submission before it goes up, usually within a few days, and we don’t edit what you wrote. If we can’t publish it, we’ll still read it.

This is published with your words. Use whatever you’re comfortable seeing on the internet.

Published alongside your name. Leave it blank if you’d rather not say.

Private. We use it to confirm you’re real, ask a follow-up, or tell you when your post goes live. It never appears on the wall.

Without an email, we can read your note but can’t write back.

Please don’t paste passwords, account numbers, or documents into this form. If we need something sensitive, we’ll tell you a safe way to send it.
